Buckle Bunny ♫♪♪

So, I went to my first country concert!

I actually quite like country music but I am not much of a concert goer in general and you'd never find me at the venues that normally book country talents because the people that attend just aren't my kind of people...

However! This particular artist is one that I LOVE and she's recently been getting a lot of well deserved buzz after appearing on Beyoncé's "Cowboy Carter" album! Her name is Tanner Adell and she's most known for her viral song "Buckle Bunny".

I bought two tickets hoping that my partner would be able to come with but he was traveling for work that week so my friend Q decided she would tag along with me so I wouldn't be lonely, even though she doesn't like this genre of music -- that's true love!

It was a really nice time and there were themed drinks at the bar, we met a few different people who were there alone as well and ended up having quite a few nice conversations/interactions. The vibes were immaculate!

I was worried that she wouldn't play my actual favorite songs so imagine my surprise when she opened with one of them! I knew then that I would be having a great time, and I was right! She has a great stage presence and her vocal skill is top tier. 

She even played my very favorite song of her's "Love You A Little Bit" and I was in heaven, omg!!!

After the concert we were just kind of milling around, chatting with people and taking pictures when to our surprise, she came from backstage to sign merch! I got to chat with her for a few minutes as she signed my shirt and omg she's so sweet and kind! She complimented my top and I was able to share with her the Gospel of d.i.a. 

I had such a huge fangirl moment after our conversation was over, but please, I couldn't have been happier in the moment!

Can't wait 'til she returns to Chicago, and if she doesn't well I'll go to whatever festivals she decides to play!
